At work I have seen and appear frequently. When I get up I Get A Rush headache or dizziness. Other people have asked me not to live this experience. Is it poor circulation, smoking, or what?

Iron deficiency test: Go into the mirror and pull your lower eyelid and see if the color is red or flesh color. If the color of the skin is not enough iron and should have an iron-based systems such as Floradix. It will take months to see a difference. Iron transport oxygen in the blood, and if not, you will feel tired, cold hands and feet, headaches, RLS, dull brittle hair, brittle nails, insomnia, pale skin (see by yourself), shortness of breath, fatigue, lack of concentration, low mood , ringing in the ears, irregular heart beats, cracks in the corners of the mouth, dizziness, fainting, tongue and painful mouth ulcers. Add B12 and folic acid for best results
