I have tried to delete all the files and things and uninstalling, but let me not create another account, download it again. Encouraged my old account. What am I doing wrong? Help!

You can create a new account on the computer and then download recorded. When you register to open, do not come in contact, instead of creating the ground, saying a new account. to continue to create as many accounts as you want, but access to the computer account that is already, connect your old account to connect to.

if they do not cancel your account is automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity
