Where can I find wide-width combat boots? - wide width high heel shoes

I have insane amounts of trouble finding shoes and boots that do not work in a month or two, especially since I buy cheap ones, which will expand on my cake like feet. I am looking for a set of combat boots that are tall and broad-double strand width, size 12 or 13, but I had no luck online store or at a location. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.
